Anyone can hang an "editor shingle." Great editors know that editing is multifaceted, and requires skill, dedication, and the ability to revise writing without losing the original author's voice or intent. The aim is always to improve, without dismantling.

Editing
Developmental Editing
I'll take a thorough read and review of your entire manuscript. I will add comments into the manuscript and provide a written overall assessment of the work. I'll discuss character development, setting, POV, plot, dialogue/quotes, and more.
Line Editing
I'll take a detailed look at word usage, consistency, POV, voice, and all the nitty gritty details of each sentence. I'll edit for length (ex.: short choppy sentences followed by long run-on sentences).
Copyediting
I'll look at consistency, and grammar and punctuation.
Editing

I'll read your manuscript and provide a written assessment.
Ghostwriting
I'll write the manuscript or lengthen or revise an existing manuscript.
